JAM Spring Cocktail
The Coral Fizz
JAM's skilled resident mixologist, Cory Jones, fashioned a perfectly fresh concoction to enjoy the rest of spring season with the rubicund color of coral as prominent as we asked him to make it. Whether we pour over ice or fancy it neat, this one is flawless and a pleasure to savor any time of day.
Coral Fizz
1 oz vodka
1 oz pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz aperol
1 oz prosecco
(lime wedge to garnish)
Squeeze half a pink grapefruit to make juice. Fill shaker with ice. Pour vodka and aperol into it. Add the grapefruit juice and shake vigorously until you feel the ice cubes break, about 5 seconds. Pour with strainer into your glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy!
