We asked skilled bartender Cory Jones, JAM's resident mixologist, to come up with a nice drink for fall. Cory started bartending as a way to make good money in a new city. With a passion for prohibition style cocktails, he likes to put modern twists on old styles from the past. Here he creates one for us that is straightforward, balanced, and simple to imbibe at home.

Mixology Cocktail Wfruit Bowl

Autumn JAM cocktail recipe:

Strong and Smoky
1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
.5 oz Mezcal
.25 oz Pure Agave
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Dash of Grapefruit Bitters

Give a solid stir, poor over a large ice cube, garnish with grapefruit peel.
