Winter Restoration

rebuild your body and mind

The life of a filmmaker is full of long hours, crazy schedules, cold nights and stressful situations. We all need to take the time for our ourselves to be strong and to stay motivated. Here is our favorite way to restore in-between our projects this winter.

Our Favorite Smoothie: Green Slushy

Winter Restoration Smoothie Ingredients

Leafy green, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, almond milk, almond butter, favorite protein powder - mix ingredients in strong blender.

Freezing fruit makes it nice and slushy, adds vitamin C and potassium, and balances out any bitter leafy green, along with satiating protein from the almond butter and powder used...ingredients for healthy skin, body, and mind.

Our favorite meditation app: Headspace

The app offers hundreds of themed sessions on everything from stress and sleep, to focus and anxiety, along with guided meditations we can accomplish even in a brief 3, 5 or 10 minutes when we don't have the time in our busy day for a huge commitment to sit still in the moment.

Our favorite ab workout: Triana Crostobal
